Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win.

2. No Purchase Necessary to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. Anyone can earn free entries by completing the Facebook sharing and tagging requirements.

3. How to Enter

Daily Standard Entry: You may enter once per day via the official Moloka‘i Kamehameha Celebration Facebook page! To earn your daily entry, you must complete all three steps: (1) Share the official King's Gala flyer and tag our organization, (2) Tag 3 friends in the comments of the flyer, and (3) Comment "Done!" on the official giveaway post.
Bonus Entries (Gala Ticket Purchasers): As a special thank-you to our supporters, anyone who purchases a ticket to The King's Gala will automatically receive a one-time bonus of ten (10) extra entries into the drawing.
Already Bought a Ticket? You are already entered! If you purchased your Gala ticket prior to this announcement, your name has been automatically entered into the drawing with the 10 bonus entries.

4. Giveaway Deadline & Winner Announcement

Deadline: The giveaway officially closes on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM HST.
Announcement: The winner will be drawn and announced live at The King's Gala on Friday, June 12, 2026. (Note: You do not need to be present at the Gala to win. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted directly via email, phone, or Facebook Messenger).

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) round-trip travel certificate valid on either Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines. The certificate is valid for any authorized route between Hawaiʻi and North/Central America. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to the expiration dates and blackout dates determined by the issuing airlines.

6. Release of Liability & Airline Disclaimer

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ho‘omōhala O Moloka‘i Foundation, the Moloka‘i Kamehameha Celebration Committee, Hawaiian Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and Meta/Facebook from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Ho‘omōhala O Moloka‘i Foundation acts solely as the promoter of this giveaway and holds no liability or responsibility regarding the fulfillment of the travel certificate. We are not responsible for airline cancellations, flight delays, baggage fees, travel restrictions, or any other terms and conditions enforced by Hawaiian Airlines or Alaska Airlines.
